polycom VX7000 disconnects every 10 minutes or so during conferences
no apparent reason for this. time interval varies started at six minutes but at one point was up to twenty minutes.
If you haven't already swapped out the connection cables, to verify that these are not faulty. What type of connection are you using IP SIP ISDN Serial ? could it be that if you are using IP or SIP your network has not been prioritized to accept calls first over say data downloads, and this could be causing the intermittent issue.
If the problem persists I would contact your point of purchase.
